Life with Full Attention (Online course)
Living mindfully is more crucial than ever, as we face a collective crisis in which life is both more vital and more challenging.

A big focus of the course is home practice: practising mindfulness during the week through a variety of simple exercises.
The book Life with Full Attention, written by experienced Buddhist teacher and poet Maitreyabandhu, will be our guide to daily practice, and you will need to buy a copy from Windhorse Publications (sign up for a free membership account to get 10% of all orders).
The course will take place on Youtube and Zoom on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
The main sessions for this course will be the Saturday morning ones on Zoom. Please attend all of these if possible. The Thursday evening sessions are supplementary sessions, focused on meditation, which we would highly recommend you also attend.

Saturday mornings - 9.15am-11am on Zoom (a meeting link will be sent to you with your booking confirmation)
