Yatra: Fulbourn Fen and Fleam Dyke

Fulbourn Fen and Fleam Dyke Yatra
Meet promptly at 10am just inside the gate of Fulbourn Fen Nature Reserve. There is parking all along Stonebridge Lane, Fulbourn, Cambridge CB21 5BW. Good cycle routes there too.
Our day will take us through the nature reserve of woodland and fenland and out to the chalk grassland of Fleam Dyke - a 5th-7th century linear earthwork of national archaeological importance.
Join us for a day of meditative walking, short sitting meditations, poetry, ritual and nature.
A Yatra is a silent walking meditation retreat through (and as part of) our sacred landscape where we can connect more deeply with ourselves, each other and our land.
Walking meditation guidance will be given and there will be nature-based rituals inspired by Buddhism.
We welcome the sharing of poetry and reflections at our various comfort stops at the end of a stretch of silent walking.
There will be regular stops for sitting meditation and comfort breaks.
We have a very experienced team who will support the day and help you feel at home in the land.
Please bring appropriate walking gear for the weather and your own food and drinks for the day.
Let us know if there are any questions about the day by emailing Suryamani suryamanilayton@gmail.com
