Dharma Night: A True Response to Suffering (Hybrid)
Resourcing the Heart: A True Response to Suffering
The ancient scriptures show us that the way to Enlightenment involves the cultivation of emotions at every step, most often in the form of the four Brahma Vihāras.
This series will start by looking at the meaning of metta - friendliness or loving kindness - through the Karaniya Metta Sutta and then by exploring and practising the four Brahma Vihāras - loving kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity.
