|Description:||A non-residential weekend, exploring spiritual receptivity as a support to practice and a path to wisdom.|
|Take advantage of a weekend retreat while sleeping in your own bed!|
We will use Subhuti's talks on 'Just Sitting' as a starting point to reflect and meditate on the role of just sitting in our practice. This vital practice can help cultivate receptivity, leading to a relaxed and skilful quality of awareness.
We will look at how we can learn to be more open to what's happening through the senses, enlivening and enriching our experience, and transforming our daily lives. Over the weekend we'll also explore the relationship between just sitting, mindfulness and equanimity.
Friday evening: 7.30pm - 9pm
All-day Saturday: 8am - 9 pm
Sunday morning: 8am - 1pm
