How to Meditate

Description:Meditation is one of the central practices of Buddhism, but it can help improve our quality of life, even if you are not a Buddhist, and have no intention of becoming one!
Learn the mindfulness of breathing, which aids concentration and calms the mind; and the Metta Bhavana - 'development of loving kindness' - which helps cultivate positive emotion.

In case you are interested in thew principles of Buddhsim, there is an introductory day the previous Sunday (21st May)
Notes:Please bring vegetarian food for a shared lunch
