|Description:||A nine week course for anyone who wants to deal more effectively with stress. Classes will combine instruction, discussion & practice.|
|Learn how paying attention to your experience in a non-judgemental way can help you to face stressful situations with increased confidence.|
Home practice is an important part of the course, and each participant is required to undertake to do one hour of this, six days per week, between each class. You will be provided with two CDs which cover all the practices taught and each week you will receive handouts which together make up a handbook for the course.
The first session is an introductory session.
A comprehensive course including a day workshop (10.00am - 4.00 pm) on the Saturday 9th March)
Please note: once you have booked you will be required to attend the introductory session and then be invited to meet with the tutor one on one to ensure that the course is suitable for you at this time. In the event that the course is not for you at this time, a full refund or transfer to a later course will be made available.
